You Invest

Investors become partners and owners in the physical real estate property. Investors receive both a tax benefit and revenue profit share of all positive cashflow.

We Collect Rent and Execute

Our properties generate steady monthly income as we execute our value add strategy.

You Get Paid

We payout cash distributions on a quarterly basis to our investors and eventual proceeds of sale of the property.
